What does this calculation assume?
The first charge happens on your start date. Renewals use the billing interval you enter, not an assumed treatment duration. Calendar-month dates preserve the original day where possible and use the last day of a shorter month.
What should you include in your quote?
Include every required recurring fee in the renewal amount and one-time fees separately. Price changes, refunds, insurance reimbursements and variable taxes are not inferred. For plans with several promotional phases, calculate each phase separately using its actual terms.
